For hygiene reasons, wigs and other hair-related products must be returned unused and unworn.
Where applicable, original lace, tags, packaging, protective materials, and accessories must remain intact.
Wigs or hair products that have been worn, cut, colored, washed, styled, altered, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return.
Jewelry must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return.
Clothing must be returned unworn and unwashed and should remain in its original condition with applicable tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or returned without required original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Personalized or customized products may also be non-returnable where applicable. Any product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed on the applicable product page.

For ordinary returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, preference, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent by us, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.
